Terms and Conditions for Mentees

  • The mentorship scheme is available to anyone above the age of 18 living in the UK.
  • Mentoring sessions would take place over Zoom/GoogleMeet/Teams, so please make sure you can secure Internet connection for the duration of the meeting
  • You would need to agree with your mentor the time and date which works for both of you
  • There should be one meeting per month, lasting for an hour (except Espresso mentoring which is one meeting only)
  • The triple-shot scheme would require additional preparation before each meeting, details to be agreed with the mentor.
  • All sessions are confidential however no company specific or confidential information are going to be shared during sessions.
  • If you are no longer able to take part in the scheme, please let your mentor know, as this would allow them to invite someone else to be part of this scheme instead
  • We hope you and your mentor would learn from one another and you would have a successful experience together, however if this is not the case, please let us know so we can either match you with someone else or find another way to support you.
  • Mentors would not represent the views of their respective companies during the mentoring sessions.

Terms and Conditions for Mentors

  • Please do not share any sensitive/confidential company data with your mentee.
  • If required, please secure permission from your employer to take part in this scheme
  • Mentees should not expect any company specific, confidential information being shared during sessions.
  • Mentors would support development of menteeā€™s skills and knowledge in their area of expertise, they would not represent the views of their respective companies.
  • Mentors are not expected to represent the views of their respective companies during the mentoring sessions.
